Are there areas you feel your current software needs improvement?  Maybe there’s a report that would greatly help your administration. CAPERS prides itself on our ability to add functionality to our system simply from requests by our departments. By participating in our CAPERS forum we have been able to take the suggestions of many departments and incorporate those ideas into new products and services.


CAPERS USER GROUP MEETINGS

Our task force team of support experts and client managers are very effective in communicating with the majority of clients throughout the days of the year. However, with the busy schedules of our clientele and their administrative staff a few don't get to have the face time we would always like them to have with our representatives. In order to provide them with a live venue to share their ideas, along with individuals who do have the opportunity to continuously discuss advancements, we offer our yearly User Group Meeting (UGM).

These annual conclaves gather the top few members of each department we service in an effort to unveil our newest and greatest additions to the CAPERS software suite and a chance to voice themselves among peers and staff members alike.
